SEND REPRESENTATIVE QUANTÁ CREWS BACK TO THE HOUSE!
COMMUNITY CHAMPION
SECURING THE FUTURE FOR GENERATIONS
Advocate, Leader, and Community Champion
Rev. Quantá Crews is a passionate advocate for our community and an associate minister at the Historic Tanner Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Phoenix, AZ. Her drive to serve comes from a deep love for the people around her. She coordinates the No Limits Special Needs Ministry and leads the Richard Allen Young Adult Council, always focused on lifting up those often left behind.
With a background as a real and personal property appraiser, Rev. Crews has seen firsthand how inequitable tax policies can create barriers, especially for marginalized communities. That experience fuels her commitment to fighting for fair and just legislation that ensures no one is left struggling because of bad policy.
Rev. Crews believes that to drive real, revolutionary change, we must have an intimate understanding of how government works. She’s been a vocal advocate for this, always pushing for informed, equitable decision-making that benefits everyone, not just a select few.
On June 5, 2023, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors appointed Rev. Crews to the Arizona State Legislature as the State Representative for Legislative District 26. In her short time in office, she’s already made waves—informing her colleagues about the real-world impacts of proposed bills and helping to amend or block harmful legislation. She serves on the Ways and Means Committee and was recently elevated to Ranking Democrat on the Regulatory Affairs Committee.
Outside of her professional and legislative work, Rev. Crews loves dancing with her amazing sons and is also an aspiring lyricist, writing poetry in her free time. Her passion for both her community and her personal interests makes her a truly inspiring leader for Legislative District 26.
